Delete your shiftgate account

Sign in to prove it is you, then confirm on the next page. If your account signs in another way, delete it from the app instead.

What closing does

• You can no longer sign in. Signing in again starts a new, empty account.
• You leave every team, and they stop seeing you on their roster.
• Push notifications stop.

What stays

• Records you made for a team: sign-offs, session and fuel entries, results and event history. They stay with the team as its operating and safety records, under your name, marked as a closed account.
• Your driver record and the account behind it, including the name and phone number on it and the address you signed up with. The address and the sign-in link are kept in a form that no longer works, so none of it can be signed in to or reopened.
